866. Thomas FORTESCUE⁴⁴ was born in 1784 in Delhi, India. He was living in 1868. He died on 7 September 1872. Thomas, born 1784, who for several years was in important employments in India, appointed thereto by his cousin, the Marquis Wellefley, then Governor-General, and was afterwards Civil Commissioner at Delhi; he married, March 19, 1859, Louisa Margaret, second daughter of the late Francis Russell Eager, Esquire, and died September 7,1872;
